Ok but it was a trouble as I mentioned earlier

Ok but It was a trouble since I couldnt join the trip coz I was sick. The receptionist really push us to pay at the hotel while it was deducted to my card. We understand you afraid of fraud but with the conditions applied you need certain procedure to makesure the guest is the real guest not the fraud one.

Good for a budget short stay when ur mainly out for visiting

Soft but huge pillows making it difficult to sleep Need to pay at mercure hotel same building to get access to pool. Little or no halal food . So we had to get our own breakfast.

Overall under satifaction,improvement on toilet cleanliness & room service speed needed

The hotel location

The lobby toilet cleanliness, smelly when walked in. The housekeeping services speed during our stay too slow, we went back to our rooms at 3pm++ but our rooms wasn't been clean up on time.

Very Good

Excellent location near to MGK and National Stadium MRT, reception desk staff were very helpful. The staff ( Bellmen ) who booked the taxi for us were very very helpful , they made our stay special, the bellman went beyond their duty to help us, thank you .

The deposit was too large and unexpected, the deposit was 500 Thai bhats per night of stay, we stayed 6 nights , therefore the deposit was 3000 bahts!! However this was reduced to 2000 bhat when I said I did not have enough cash . The hotel should make it clear on Booking .com that deposit is 500 bhat per night. The tuck tuck drivers who hang around the entrance to the hotel were rude and aggressive if you did not take their Turk tuck , the hotel should move these yuk yuk drivers away from the hotel entrance .

ibis is a pleasant hotel to stay for a simple and quiet vacation.

The hotel has an excellent location. Walking distance to the malls. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The 7 Eleven at the lobby was a great snack place. All in all, i will go back to Ibis Bangkok Siam again.

The room and bathroom was small.

The hair dryer had timer?? I was nowhere near dry after use. The breakfast was so so.

The location is right by the central national Stadium so...

The location is right by the central national Stadium so very easy to access.

Was woken up early due to music playing from the stadium across the road. Apart from that can’t fault the place.

There was a smell in the room, i guess from old AC System. Air was sticky and even it was a non smokimg room, it has a s melled ike someone smoked in the past in this room. Windows are not made to open.

Perfect location, so nice staff.

Perfect location, so nice staff. There’s Convenience store down stairs so it was easy to get something I need. Room was small but so cozy and clean which fits perfectly to one person. I would be here again when travel byself

Beds weren't shower were good.

Rooms were really small. For the same amount you can book a way better and bigger room in Bangkok center. Tv was not working well, even after check by staff. Never again.

Receptionist was rude, hotel room is very standard compare to other accord group. I arrived at 5pm and room has not cleaned yet. The worst hotel compare to other accord group hotels i have been stayed.

Location is good and convenience. Cleanliness is acceptable. But the hotel room sound barrier should improve. Throughout the Nite could hear noises of next room and corridor. Quite hard to have found sleep

We loved the location. BTS was right outside, and a day pass allowed us to travel around Bangkok with ease i.e. shopping centres. Affordable hotel too, with a decent room

Wonderful location

The location was perfect, surrounded by shopping malls and several restaurants and walking areas, it is also fairly close to must-see destinations in Bangkok. Moreover, my room was very clean and up to my expectations.

The room was very dark for me at night, I think not enough lamps in the room. The restaurant did not offer enough variety for breakfast, it also tasted average and needs to be improved in my opinion.
